Our Pay-What-You-Can Cafe
Purchases on SustainMarket.com and fundraisers will finance our Pay-What-You-Can cafe. We will provide a cafeteria style dining experience offering specialties to a diverse array of dietary needs. We will offer a variety of meatloaves and meatless loaves, as well fresh baked goods and as beverages, included in every meal, if desired.
Onsite will be a retail outlet offering upcycled, vintage and handcrafted items created by local artisans for fundraising and on consignment.
Dignity Is A Need For All
Our goal is to provide needs to our underserved community and the whole dang planet, with one mission - Make EARTH LOVIN' STUFF and a healthy diet easy for ALL HUMANS. The underserved, processed food enslaved masses that make up the communities WE live in, too.
We hope to MAINSTREAM THE GOOD STUFF. Make it an obtainable and sustainable option for people who care about our big round Earth. Even us poor folk, sick folk, unhoused folk, special needs folk, older folk, weirdos, tramps, hobos, and otherwise under-served folk. EVERY HUMAN should have the OPTION to make a better choice. For their needs. For Earth's needs, too, IF THEY CHOOSE TO. We offer better choices, nothing more.

Ever been to a bargain store? These entities offer brand new, mass-produced, average quality STUFF! Stuff made without mindfulness and with minimal effort. Is it legal to sell? Mark it up! Sell it! And it works.
Because all humans need stuff, What a bargain, YAY!?
Did it sell? No? Trash it, but pour bleach on it and lock up the dumpster so that hobo won't steal it and sell it for booze. Or to feed their kids.
It FEELS like a choice. Lots of different STUFF in different colors and sizes and fragrances and glitter and rhinestones and...so many varieties of the same type of STUFF that all does the exact same thing. Literally.
It's all the same active ingredients, with similar additives to create "appeal" and aroma and effing sequins. BUT IT'S ALL THE SAME STUFF.
Prettier or standout to make you believe it was better than the exact same stuff right next to in seafoam instead of aqua, teal or peacock.
